Subject: What's the best chess instructional program to improve one's play?

Can you recommend a chess instructional software that can raise one's elo to at
least master level? I estimate my elo rating to be around 1600 - 1700.

I'm looking for a software that teaches all the chess knowledge available. Lots
of exercises to reinforce what you learned and provides positions for you to
play out with different chess programs. An instructional software that has lots
of tactical, positional, strategic and endgame exercises and positions to play
out.

I bought a lot of books but I become somewhat lazy in using a book especially if
the variations becomes very thick. I usually get lost and find it too time
consuming to set the board again in every variation. Also too lazy to set the
position on the computer. intructional software are very convenient, you just
click your mouse to navigate the thick variations, you don't lose spontaneity in
your thought process.

Any website that reviews chess instructional software will be a great help.

Thanks
