You should think about you question. Brutus is a software program hardwired.
Once the software was developed then the hardware was designed around it.
Will someone come out with better software, the answer is a very probable yes.
Once there was Deep Blue and it was called the strongest program in the world
and it was a software program made into hardware. Today there are several
programs that even without the special hardware that Deep Blue ran on might just
be able to beat it.
