IMO, Brutus will have to demostrate superiority to top PC based programs to have a viable market. I think there would be a market for this --IF it does that. Not there yet, but getting better all the time. Right after Deep Blue, Dr Hsu/IBM could have sold a "Deep Blue Jr" machine for $2K or $3K and they would have sold thousands. When the machine is ready, if they could get a match against the WC and win - it will sell. That's their best case scenario.
