If these are 95% of the chess players than 80% of the rest are probably weaker
than 1500 and even 1600 player have no chance against Fritz at 2 seconds per
move.

I think that even if you consider chess players as players who played more than
2 games in their lives you are going to find more than 99% that are going to
lose against Fritz8(2 seconds per move).

Even if you take all the players who play in tournaments for rating you are
going to find more than 99% that are going to lose against Fritz8(2 seconds per
move).
