That's more like it!

I suppose that some branded machines might eventually be deemed, somehow, to
have value; I find it very difficult to work out when something goes from
"scrap" to "classic" and the price starts to rise :)

And there are some strange people around. Look at the best sellers on
www.expansys.com - the only reason I can think for the Psion machines being
there, given that none of the product line is manufactured any more, is buying
British even if second-hand!

Certainly, a PC built from generic parts, such as mine (www.meshcomputers.com),
is never going to have any value once old.
