I think it is more fair to compare chess programs in the same date
so you can ask which program will be best at 1.1.99
Junior,Fritz,Genius...
when you mean to the best version of Junior or Fritz or Genius in 1.1.99.

I think that Junior5 is not the best version of Junior even now because amir ban
is always improving his program and he is not going to sell a new version after
every small improvement.
