Hello my friend,
I faced the same problem with Shredder 7.04. It was winning a game, each time
the evaluation of the position tells that it's mate in 5 then  4 then  3 then 2
then 1 move. But it finally repeated the moves and drawn the position.
This is may be due to a bug that repeats after a number of following games (not
all the time).
