It is not a draw. The black queen will penetrate into the white cvamp via a6.
For the past year I've been working on endgame blockage detection. I noticed
that Shredder has some very limited form of blockage detection, but it is very
inaccurate, and in many positions I tried, that inaccurate blockage detection
wreaked havoc to the search tree.
