Similer to your repetition-detection code.  IE you look at the position
at internal nodes, and conclude "this is a draw _now_."  One simple example
is that in your repetition detection code, you could say "if there are only
two kings left, nothing else, then return draw score."  That is an interior
node recognizer...

interior node = a node prior to a "tip" position where you apply your
static evaluation...
