Subject: Shredder 7 ----> 7.04

Where can I get my update to this please.  Playchess.com and CB have a file
called something like setup Shredder7 uci.exe but when I try to run this file my
Win XP machine says not a valid W32 procedure.

I tried asking CB USA but they do not appear interested in resolving this
problem for me.  My Shredder 7 is dated Nov 2002 and they did say that is an old
version and the new ones will work on Win XP.

CB in Germany said to log on to playchess and that will update the file but that
is not happening when I try.

Can anyone help me out with this rather frustrating situation?  Thanks!!
