I don't think you're doing anything wrong - Windows XP is! I had similar
problems. I'm not sure how, but eventually I got it to work. Try downloading it
into a different folder or location, one where you may have more "permission" to
download & run it, etc. XP is replete with obscure & unnecessary security
restrictions which nobody understands except BG. I hate it.
