Are you SURE it says EXACTLY that? In other words, are there really all those spaces? What it should say is: E:\MajesticChess\data1.cab I have one possible suggestion, though. Try this: Go to "Control Panel -> Regional Settings" and select "English (United States)" as your option. You might need to reboot the machine. Then try the installation again. If that doesn't work, then it will have to wait until Monday when I can talk with the installation programmer. My apologies for the frustration, jm
