You have found a new way to develop your opening repertoire while having fun in the process. You may also change the way people think about opening books. As for trying to get to 3000, I say "More power to you!" People who never try seldom succeed. High goals are not bad. Go for it! Where would Kasparov be if he had not done that? Bob D.
