What I would do to suppliment the process you are using, would be to get as
many games as possible of the opening that you have choosen for the computer
to use and input them as well. Do a full analysis of the game and see where
Shredder would improve on it. That way you get not only the opening book games,
and the games that you play online but also games played by other people along
lines that you may not see that often.
