Was ist davon zu halten?

Ich bekam soeben eine eMail (angeblich von Microsoft, doppelt)
Mit diesem Inhalt:

Dear friend , use this Internet Explorer patch now!
There are dangerous virus in the Internet now!
More than 500.000 already infected!

Der Virenscanenner meines email Anbieters meldete dabei dass sich
Auf dem beigefügten angeblichen Patch (etwa 100 KB groß)
Folgender Virus befindet:


Virus patch.exe:  W95/Dumaro.A 9246

Subjekt:

Use this patch immediately !

Wer kann dazu etwas sagen?
