   I have an idea to solve that (I have noticed that problem accuring alot):
   Have the book searched two plies deeper.
   Then any trap will show itself in the books ratios.
   Many refutiations require 1 key move, and when
    when you search the book "past,through" that move
    the payoff is seen.
