They should just take it from Ruslan Ponomariov. He has had enough chances. In
fact he even said he was going to get it b4 the deadline ... get the gaff hook
out. Let's get this thing rolling. Ruslan Ponomariov doesn't have that much pull
so I think this will come back to bite him.
