Excellent position! Shredder finds the move in 3 seconds with a score of more than 10, and several seconds later increases until it reaches #13. Fritz 8 needs 5:44 in the same machine, and a score of still -7.56 after 10 minutes. Junior 8 finds the move in 00:00:00 seconds with -0.42, at 00:00:01 gives -1.62, and strangely, the score goes down and after 4 minutes is still -0.84. It actually chooses this line because it can win a pawn, not because it leads to any mate: 1... Ne1 2.Qxc6, g4+ 3. Nxg4, fxg4 4. Kh4, Nf3 5. Kxg4, Nxh2??? In this position: [d]8/5qk1/2Q3p1/P3p3/1P2P1K1/5nP1/7P/8 b - - 0 5 it needs 12 seconds to find the right move Ng1!!! Regards, Jaime
