It means that cycles are not the same for different computers because
I know that I cannot use the number of Ghz to get the speed of the computer
and I know from previous discussions that even saying that you have A1000 is not
enough and there are different A1000.

The point is that I want a tool to compare different chess programs that run on
different hardware.

cycles per second do not give me this information.
