Chessmaster 9000 seems to agree with every move by White from 11.d4 to the end
of the move list that you posted. Actually, The King appears to want to play d4
on the 9th move.
The King does NOT agree with 12...Bxd4, and prefers 12...f5:

The eval after 12...Bxd4 is only slightly worse -- 0.85.
And, of course, 18...h6 is a horrible move, but you probably already knew that.
