I thought it might be something like that but hadn't heard one way or the other.

Yeah, I think running the CPU slower and cooler yet still having it equivalent
in practical speed to a much faster MHz unit could only be a good thing all
around.

You'd think somebody would sell such a system, since it appears they'd have no
competition -- at least at first!
