You will need to upgrade your operating system before any 64-bit engine
will work. (I'm assuming you're going to run Windows.
Windows is not available in a 64 bit version for Opteron right now.)

For Linux, Deep Sjeng is already available in a 64 bit version.

A 64 bit Windows version of Deep Sjeng will probably become available
soon after Windows itself becomes available in a 64 bit version.
