For creating a new opening book from a pgn file:

a)FILE -> NEW -> OPENINGS BOOK give the name of the opening book you want
(ex: book11.ctg).
b)In the notation pane select openings book and the book you created.
c)EDIT -> OPENINGS BOOK -> IMPORT GAMES and select the pgn file.
