Well it's very unfair to make all programs run on the same hardware based on upon proven facts, chessbase somewhere, where as deep fritz 7 plays better then other engines (aka shredder :-) i know you all love it and it is most likely the top program, but its miniskul 10-15 elo higher is meaningless your better off choosing which one you wish to run ,if not both, based upon which name looks cooler to you)based on the point it runs best/better then other programs because it can optimize and get full potential out of high end hardware compared to other engines. Basically df7 does better kn/s or ply then shredder on higher end hardware, where as before both would say tie on a lower end computer.
