I would go with Fritz because it will use your hardware better. BUT in a given scenerio shredder most likely will find the exact same moves... if you were to run a tourney between the two on your computer most games will be decided on which sees further. Many draws, both in my opinion same elo give or take 10, so if what im saying is true df7 would be "stronger" on your computer and beat shredder. For DJ8 its best for longer games, I have no idea which of the three in long games is better... but i have heard junior.
