You seem to know little about the law, and only what UBI soft puts in their
license agreement. Some terms of license agreements do not hold up in courts of
law. Find me some lawyers who believe what you are saying, then I'll concede I
am incorrect. Until then I will continue to believe you are incorrect.
On the other hand, you are a moderator and I am not, so by definition I agree it
is subject non grata on CCC. We also agree that CM9K is a great program, which
people should buy if they want to use it.
