Yo are correct again.  I am not lawyer and I know very little about any law.  I
can read plain English and if I believe in doing something is the right thing -
I do it.  I believe the deadking is of questionalble legal status, thus I
believe forbidden by  OUR Charter.  If you can find an attorney that convince me
I am wrong, please send him my way.
