The silent majority .... hmmmm. Where did I hear that one before? Michael, if
you were standing up against software piracy I would be the first person to
speak up on your side. But that is not what you are doing. You are standing up
for the repression of freedom; the freedom of people who paid for software to be
able to use their software how they see fit. UBI Soft does not own the copy of
the software I purchased. They own the intellectual property. I have no right to
violate their intellectual property rights. I have no right to give their
intellectual property to someone else. But making their software more useable
for me does not do any of that. Perhaps that no-one is speaking up for your side
might tell you something?
