You might be correct. However if someone were to dump Noomen or Nechi work to
pgn I think they might question that. Since I have no right to speak for them
all I can think to say that it would probably fall under the "questionable legal
status" clause of the club charter. (Just as Byrne said deadking links did).

Also you did not mention your position on modifying TheKing executable. If you
hold the same position on it as you do the books, then you bypass the need for
debate. BK
