The file doesn't have any moves in it, but only Rebel's evaluation
for each move in the Rebel opening book (REBEL.MVS). If you copy this
file in the same directory as the REBEL.MVS file is located, Rebel can
use this evaluation values, to deceide, which continuation to use in a
certain position.
