An "analyzed" Rebel opening book will display the Rebel score for each
move in the book. It's user information to make up your mind what to play
being in the opening-phase playing a game. It may help you to avoid making
bad moves.

Rebel10 doesn't use these scores to play moves or not. For that purpose use
EOC=ACTIVE (or strong), see menu OPTION.

For the future EOC will replace Rebel ".MVS" books. EOC is much more
powerful than the MVS system. For instance a part of the "learning" will
move to EOC. Just add any played game to a separate EOC-LEARN file
and consult it with a special formula EOC=ACTIVE (or strong) alike.
