Subject: Possible bug in Chessmaster 9000?

I can set up a position and then allow Chessmaster to play the position against
itself but it just sits there. Initially the thinking lines show what it's
thinking but it stays stuck on that one line and when I shut the thinking lines
down and then open it back up there is nothing but a blank space in the lines.
I ask for Mentor advice but none of the tabs are highlighted to start the
thinking.  I am running the 1.02 patch on Windows 2000 professional.  Am I doing
something wrong?
