As far as the mentor advice you may be right.  But as far as the thinking lines
I tried about everything and they wouldn't work right.  I thought it might be
because I had loaded the pgn from Genius 7.  I tried loading the following FEN
(at first as a normal pgn) to Chessmaster and allowing Genius 7 to play White
and Chessmaster to play the Black pieces but Chessmaster just sits there at time
controls of 5sec/move and will not allow me to "force move" or anything.

I'm thinking it may be because there is something wrong with Genius 7.  But I
don't know.
