I just bought a new Box. Went to the Playchess.com sever to query update and was told I was up to date (NO UPDATES AVAILABLE).I know this to be wrong,because I have the same Programs on other Boxes WITH updated Versions. I got thru this every time I get a new Box. I even created a new account and wasn't able to get the updates. When I type in the 15 digit code off the Manual ,the OK box is greyed out and I can't click ok. I had the same problem before, and had to send a Screen Name and 15 digit code to Chessbase support and I was finally able to get the updates. I haven't heard a thing from Them yet,but We know how busy They are(CLEAR THROAT). Does Anyone here have the "magic fix" to this problem?>>>>Mike
