A little sidenote. When you have an unbounded pool of resources for use. It pays to try different schemes for managing those resources. When you exceed the bounds currently allocated you might add a constant number n of additional resources. Or choose to add an amount that is a function of the current number or used resources k*#resources. In that way you don't trigger the boundary condition as often. I have found the latter scheme to be better in most applictions I have programmed. But as always YMMV. MvH Dan Andersson
