Any remote chance you will ever join a conversation and make any

Where did I say I was only going to run dual?

I simply said that on a dual opteron, the NUMA issues are not nearly so
daunting as they are on a larger box, say 32-way NUMA.

Try to understand the topic before tossing out one line nonsense.

This _entire_ thread was about hyperthreading.  How you diverted it to
NUMA / Opteron is unknown...
