P.S. Check the date on your Fritz 8 in the Help, About... menu. I believe the latest in a March 5 2003 update. At least it is for me with Shredder 7, which I believe is the same GUI. If your date is older, then you should get the update which fixes several important things. To get the update: -- open an account at the Playchess.com server -- login (you MUST be logged in) -- enter the product code from the front page of your manual -- if approved, they'll offer the update for immediate download WP
