Oops, the inclusion of kings in the diagram and EPD was a mistake.  I use CB8
and have to include kings when I setup a position.  Makes it easy to try out
different variations and such.  But I should have removed them before I
cut-and-pasted it here.

Thanks for all of the feedback.  I guess I'll now have to think about a decent
evaluation function to detect a win or loss.  I'm gonna try to avoid the
complicated stuff like hash and transposition tables, unless I absolutely have
to.  I'm a real newbie at this and don't want to get overwhelmed before I even
begin.
