First, I am sorry to hear about your problem.
Second, your post is germane--not off-topic here-- because you are an elected
official of this organ and messages from other posters might lead us to conclude
that some of us are subject to spam attack because of their positions here,
therefore an attack on all of us.
Finally, I have heard quite a bit  about software for enterprises and
individuals who suffer your fate. These are a form of mail gateway that requires
an additional response from the sender as validation that the original post is
not merely machine generated. ( I do not use one myself.)
