Well, I happened to have those engines laying around (mostly for use in winboard
or arena)... So I tried setting up all three as UCI engines in Fritz 7 and it
worked fine. You can select them as the main engine or have them play in matches
or tournaments.

I think most of the well-known stable engines (yace, etc.) will work fine as UCI
engines in Fritz GUI.
