About Chess Tiger for PalmOS: you can find an estimate of its USCF and FIDE elo
ratings at

Click on the "FAQ" link at the top of the page and look for the "Do you have the
speed index of some PalmOS devices" question.
Chess Tiger 15.1 on Palm Tungsten-C (400MHz, 12Mb hash tables) can be a very
tough client, believe me.
