No, this is not the first (or any) puzzle in that book ("John Nunn's chess
puzzle book"), but I like the move Qd6! I'm sure that must be the right answer.
But if there were 5 levels below the five in John Nunn's book, I think that
would be about level 2 (from the botom).
The first is from a position played by Picket-Mccshane Bundesliga 1996/7.
Difficulty 3.
(thanks for info how to make diagram. I must try it when I get the time [maybe I
could have done that instead of this, but I also need the head for it. When I'm
writing, I'm able to forget about the time, which is not the case when trying to
type a diagram or Url etc.])
