Hello KK, On my computer the Fritz5 CD works fine by itself. I gave the moves it computes when only operating in its own GUI. I did have the "Automatic" on. It says right on the screen that it is the CD ROM of Fritz. It plays perfectly. When using the Junior 5 GUI the problem shows up ! It is also indicating the CD ROM FRITZ but makes the stupid error of giving away the rook. So I suspect there is a problem with the 32 bit GUI. I would not trust it when using Jr5 and Fritz together on one computer. Jim Walker
