I disagree with it.
I also believe that programs that support the UCI interface could also
participate.

 On the net we can easy find

I think that the fact that top commercial programmers did not participate is
that the programmers were not interested.

I cannot believe that they have problems to do things that a lot of amateurs
did.

By that logic commercial are also no problem because we can buy them and play at
home against them.
