Well: Goliath Blitz is a playing program packed in a dtabase program with a very good range of features, which compare to that of ChessBase and Chess Assistant. This program is similar to the merge of Fritz and ChessBase as functionality (lacking some features like tournament support in Fritz, or player database of ChessBase). The program supports WB engines and it is a "light" version of the ChessAcademy 5.5 (now there is a 6.0 version and a 7.0 coming). You get a "registred" version of the Goliath engine with book. I don't know all the limits of this program, but database functionalities work fine. I have noticed there is no book for the native engine and the build book function is disabled. On the tutorial side, you get also a sample o 66 games fragments. The full version has 1000s of commented game fragments, but that have to be paid buying a full version. Support for UCI engines will present in version 7. ciao Franz
