You need a tournament chat channel, the ability to observe several games at once, kibitizing to the game of your choice, etc. A small prize should be OK. I kind of like Thomas' suggestion about an engraved trophy (not too large), which would be sent from winner to winner, though someone would certainly complain about the cost of mailing.
