I haven't tried your server, but if it has similar capabilities as ICC then it
should be fine.  You need a tournament chat channel, the ability to observe
several games at once, kibitizing to the game of your choice, etc.

A small prize should be OK.  I kind of like Thomas' suggestion about an engraved
trophy (not too large), which would be sent from winner to winner, though
someone would certainly complain about the cost of mailing.

Didn't summer just end?  You mean, next summer?  I thought you were trying to
promote your server. :)  How about next month?  Get a jump on ICC.
