I think Dells are - but read the PDA/Axim forums carefully - there are many issues with making a serial connection and or beaming. I not using it as a wireless device, I'm not making serial connections and I have no need for beaming. I use it as organizer/datebook/contact list and portable chess unit - not necessarily in that order. Post your favoorite test positions and I will post PF2 results running a Dell at 400 Mhz. Over the weekend I ordered a 256MB memory card for $38 plus shipping straight from Dell - once I have ,I will copy all 87 volumes of Chess Informant with annotations with pleny of romm to spare -each book will take up about 1 MB of space.
