That's like saying I can run faster than the 100 metre world record holder when
he was a baby, or even when he was at the height of his career, but had just
undergone surgery (a few minutes after waking up).

Or perhaps, if YOU actually met Kasparov (or similar) face to face, and played
like Fritz 3 did then, you might indeed beat Kasparov even now, as he would not
be expecting you to play like that. But it's more like a 2400 player having a
lucky day. (and remember that was Blitz, too)
