Maybe others had problems with overclocking ... but I haven't ... Back in the PIII's days ... I use to use wild cooling idea's ... The thing with over clocking ... Sometimes to get your system stable at higher frequency's you must increase the voltage thats going to the cpu. But of coarse when you do this you must cool it more. Sometimes you can have somethings that work and others won't ... but i can tell you this ...overclocking while running a chess program .. this must be very stable ... especially if you are using a dual system. I used a deep freezer with big buckets of water. I pumped the water with fish tank pumps ... each cpu had its own pumps. If you haven't bought the system yet .. and you are looking to over clock check out the folks at http://www.vapochill.com ... ask some of those guys in the forums. I haven't been able to overclock my Xeon's because everything is locked. But those days are over ... I believe asus just rescently release a motherboard for over clocking. I have burnt up a few chips when my water ran low :) Good Luck
