Subject: Fritz 8 by viva media is the same version of chessbase?

I know chessbase is the maker of fritz, junior, shredder,etc. I was surprised
when i saw the same product name but it wasnt the chessbase software. It´s
called Fritz8 made by viva media. Is sold on the viva media website, amazon.com.
I would like to know if is the same version of chessbase.
